What should we know about cellulite?

As opposed to public belief, the characteristic orange peel-like symptoms of cellulite do not concern only women. They appear more and more frequently on the skin of men and children as well.

The main mass of cellulite is made up by the waste material accumulated and deposited in the connective tissues of skin, which attract further amounts of water from the adjoining tissues. This accumulated material causes edema, and the swollen nodes render the skin uneven like orange peel. Moreover, enlarged nodes put pressure on blood- and lymphatic vessels as well, therefore circulation worsens and metabolism slows down. That’s why skin containing cellulite is generally feels colder.

In the external treatment of cellulite methods boosting metabolism and circulation as well as carrying away waste material are very important. The carefully selected ingredients of C-Rx Cream may be a great help against cellulite.

The active agents of C-Rx Cream:

- Green tea: its caffeine and xanthene derivative content boosts circulation, its polyphenols have antioxidant effects.
- Rosemary: it contains rosemary and coffee acid, which promote the removal of accumulated waste material.
- Primrose: it saponin content enhances local circulation
- Sea buckthorn extract: contains vitamins B, C, E, F, flavonoids, and organic acids. The extract increases metabolism.
- Calming, regenerating skin care substances: provitamin B5, bisabolol.
Complex external treatment at home!

Before applying C-Rx Cream, take an alternating cold-warm shower! We can apply this every day either, as it supports not only the health of skin but that of immune system as well.

Always start alternating shower with lukewarm or warm water, and end with cold water! The warm phase should last for 2-3 minutes, while for the cold one allow 1-1,5 minutes. Complement this treatment with rubbing the problem areas with a loofah sponge (or a rough towel) boosting circulation and skin metabolism by doing so.

Having adequately prepared our skin with this method, massage the cream into the problem area with the following special technique. Massage enhances circulation, including lymphatic circulation, and refreshes tissues as well. Boosts congestion, helps resolve fat pads and helps enter the active agents into our skin.

Five-step anti-cellulite thigh-massage
By the effects of massage congestion is created in the skin, during which the temperature of the skin is rising. When applying the technique, blood circulation enlivens, stimulating cell metabolism, which contributes to maintaining the natural elasticity of skin and increases its tone. By the effect of the smoothing and rubbing techniques the peeling off of dead epithelial cells on skin surface speeds up as well. The massage boosts the circulation in the connective tissues beneath the skin as well. The nutrient supply of cells is enhanced, the lymphatic circulation of the whole body is stimulated, which speeds up the elimination of different accumulated matters.

The results: a smoother, firmer, toxin-free skin shining with health!

If the cellulite feels “hard”, it can be soften by powerful movements. If “soft and watery”, then lymphatic circulation should be promoted by weaker movements. The result is illustrated by the picture below. Due to the assiduous treatment and change of lifestyle, the number of nodes containing fat, intracellular liquid and toxins significantly reduces on the treated area.

Perform the massage on both of your thighs as described below:

Before beginning the massage, learn the steps of the basic massage techniques below.

Step one: Apply a nut-size amount of C-Rx Cream between your palms. It is important to note that the treatment is the more effective the deeper we can massage the active agents into the skin. That is in order for the active agents to be utilized properly, an increased congestion is needed.

Using your hands one after another, smooth down your thigh more times with powerful movements, starting upward from the knee, towards the heart. Follow the outline of your leg. When both of your hands reach the upper end of your thigh, start again from the knee, pressing your skin slightly. Repeat this row of movements until you warm up your whole thigh. The smoothing movements start the circulation of the intercellular liquid (lymph), promoting the elimination of toxic material and stagnating liquid, moreover it helps the absorption of the cream as well.

Step two: Massage the whole thigh upward from the knee. Lift, compress and pull the muscle from one hand to another by deep-reaching movements. Skin gets massaged through together with the connective tissue beneath, which creates congestion, promoting the nutrient supply of the connective tissue. By its effect tension in the connective tissues dissolves. Massage through the lower part of your thigh, its edge, side and upper part as well. Do not forget about the back of your thighs as well.

Step three: Starting out from the knee, massage through your whole thigh with circulatory pressing movements. Powerful massage helps dissolve the small cellulite nodes.

Step four: Mildly tap through your thigh with your fist. Your wrist should be loose in order to be able to tap vigorously enough. This technique excellently boosts blood circulation.

Step five: For the sake of increasing lymphatic circulation, alternating your hands rhythmically, smooth over your thigh more times toward the torso.

The treatment, if combined with proper way of life and internal treatment should be applied for at least 3-6 months. For the sake of lasting effects, post-treatment and maintaining treatments may be required.
